Crfloorstore was a site built on the basic web presentation software called WIX. Wix being a flash based platform did not allow for easy navigation, management, or marketability of the site. So we took the site and re-characterized it by redeveloping the site on WordPress. Re-characterization of websites is akin to taking a house made of wood and rebuilding it on brick. The overhaul process required taking careful accounting of the various elements and functions for which we rebuilt on a faster codebase, notably JavaScript and Ajax.
Additionally we implemented newer functions and features on the site at the request of the client in order to make the site more manageable. The primary goal of the rebuild process was to allow for easy back-end administration, so with the new site the client is now able to make changes quick and fast from any web enabled device.
